Anouk van Brecht has been passioned for everything around learning since she was a young girl. Her experiences as teaching assistent for drs./professors on the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and her Voluntary work in a Buddhist Monastery in Nepal has triggered her to found her job in learning & development. Before her current role as Learning & Development manager at Wortell, she worked for 4 years as delivery manager and young professional manager at KPN Consulting and as Learning Advisor for Cegeka. She actually started her carreer with as consultant for several Microsoft focused projects at KPN. Focused on adoption of SharePoint and the adoption of Office365 for the first persona groups in the KPN migration/role-out of the Microsft365 W10 workplace. Beside her professional passion, she gets inspired by the growth and love of her two kids. She also seeks personal development in sport challenges, such as kickboksing. A personal motto of her is: ‘better an oops, than a what if’.
